What the reviews say
- We recently stayed here and while the place has potential, our experience had quite a few letdowns. On arrival, no one seemed to know we were coming or which room we were booked into, even though I confirmed by phone earlier in the week.
- - No towel racks, so wet towels had to go on the floor or bed.
- And the room was okay I can give it a 4 out of 10 the linen is bad and the bed is very uncomfortable.
- The room looked nice, but there were a number of things that made the stay uncomfortable (specific to our room):, The window was broken and we couldn’t close it.
- Positives:, The staff were friendly and helpful, Fikile was great and always willing to assist.
- - Our rooms door handle was broken in half, this concerned me because if you didn't open the door very carefully, you could easily cut yourself.
- - The cupboard had no hangers, so we couldn’t use it, and they were not in the best condition inside.
