• Severe cleanliness issues including cockroaches, bugs throughout the facility, and extremely dirty bedding and common areas.
• A solo traveller had her bed collapse on the first night, it was jerry-rigged with a pole and remained unstable throughout her stay.
• Rooms are built on top of and through other rooms with no apparent fire exits, and guests report people smoking indoors despite regulations.
• Shared facilities include 2 toilets, 2 showers, 2-plate gas stove, 2 fridges, and 1 microwave for all guests, bring your own toilet paper or purchase from staff.
• Rooms have a distinct urine odor that management attributes to vagrants outside, with no fans or electrical outlets available in bedrooms.
• Located a few hundred metres from the beach in Table View, close to local amenities but limited car rental options in the immediate area.
• WiFi is free but slow, and food stored in shared fridges may be stolen while spoiled items are left by other guests.
