• Some electrical outlets don't work, air conditioning is ineffective, and rooms have minimal storage with only one small trash bin and limited towel hanging options.
• Bathrooms lack basic amenities, no bath mats, shelves, or hooks, requiring guests to place items on shower floor, with only shower soap provided.
• Property has shared braai area upstairs with balcony and smoking area near parking downstairs, but no pool or garden area.
