• Went no water so thats more of a general problem i believe.. The roombwas kept okay at their standard.
• No water in the bathroom, couldn't even use the shower upon check-out and no explanation none whatsoever as to why there was no water.
• The filthiest bathroom, full of half used soap bars you have to navigate through heaps of junk to get to the bathroom.
• Hotel reception does not know what Agoda is, there is no checkin protocol at reception the protocol is for them to call the owner when you arrive, checkin staff can barely speak English and has not etiquette whatsoever for a "hotel" reception.
