The Benguela Current keeps coastal temperatures between 15-25C year-round, even when inland Namibia hits 40C. Pack warm layers, especially for mornings and evenings. The wind chill is real.

How the day runs
Morning fog is common and often clears by 10:00. Activity tours (sandboarding, kayaking, quad bikes) depart between 8:00 and 9:00. The Jetty area and Mole are good for a morning walk. German bakeries open early for coffee and pastries.
